Hosea 11:6

וְחָלָ֥ה חֶ֨רֶב֙ בְּעָרָ֔יו וְכִלְּתָ֥ה בַדָּ֖יו וְאָכָ֑לָה מִֽמֹּעֲצֹ֖ותֵיהֶֽם׃

And the sword shall rage in his cities, and it shall consume his bars, and devour because of their counsels.
