Joel 2:4

כְּמַרְאֵ֥ה סוּסִ֖ים מַרְאֵ֑הוּ וּכְפָרָשִׁ֖ים כֵּ֥ן יְרוּצֽוּן׃

Like the appearance of horses is their appearance, and like horsemen, so they run.
