Obadiah 1:2

הִנֵּ֥ה קָטֹ֛ן נְתַתִּ֖יךָ בַּגֹּויִ֑ם בָּז֥וּי אַתָּ֖ה מְאֹֽד׃

Behold, small I have made you among the nations; despised you are exceedingly.
