Micah 3:2

שֹׂ֥נְאֵי טֹ֖וב וְאֹ֣הֲבֵי רעה גֹּזְלֵ֤י עֹורָם֙ מֵֽעֲלֵיהֶ֔ם וּשְׁאֵרָ֖ם מֵעַ֥ל עַצְמֹותָֽם׃

Haters of good and lovers of evil skinners of their skin from off them and their flesh from off their bones.
