Micah 5:14 (Micah 5:15)

וְעָשִׂ֜יתִי בְּאַ֧ף וּבְחֵמָ֛ה נָקָ֖ם אֶת־הַגֹּויִ֑ם אֲשֶׁ֖ר לֹ֥א שָׁמֵֽעוּ׃ ס

And I will execute in anger and in wrath vengeance upon the nations who did not listen.
