Haggai 2:1

בַּשְּׁבִיעִ֕י בְּעֶשְׂרִ֥ים וְאֶחָ֖ד לַחֹ֑דֶשׁ הָיָה֙ דְּבַר־יְהוָ֔ה בְּיַד־חַגַּ֥י הַנָּבִ֖יא לֵאמֹֽר׃

In the seventh month, on the twenty-first of the month, the word of YHWH came by the hand of Ḥaggai the prophet, saying,
