Zechariah 2:11 (Zechariah 2:7)

הֹ֥וי צִיֹּ֖ון הִמָּלְטִ֑י יֹושֶׁ֖בֶת בַּת־בָּבֶֽל׃ ס

“Ho, Tsiyyon, escape, you who dwell, daughter of Bavel.”
