Zechariah 9:3

וַתִּ֥בֶן צֹ֛ר מָצֹ֖ור לָ֑הּ וַתִּצְבָּר כֶּ֨סֶף֙ כֶּֽעָפָ֔ר וְחָר֖וּץ כְּטִ֥יט חוּצֹֽות׃

And Tsor built a fortress for herself, and she heaped up silver like dust, and gold like the mud of streets.
