זִכְר֕וּ תֹּורַ֖ת מֹשֶׁ֣ה עַבְדִּ֑י אֲשֶׁר֩ צִוִּ֨יתִי אֹותֹ֤ו בְחֹרֵב֙ עַל־כָּל־יִשְׂרָאֵ֔ל חֻקִּ֖ים וּמִשְׁפָּטִֽים׃

“Remember the Torah of Moshe My servant, which I commanded him in Ḥorev for all Yisraʾel, statutes and judgments.
