Malachi 3:16

אָ֧ז נִדְבְּר֛וּ יִרְאֵ֥י יְהוָ֖ה אִ֣ישׁ אֶת־רֵעֵ֑הוּ וַיַּקְשֵׁ֤ב יְהוָה֙ וַיִּשְׁמָ֔ע וַ֠יִּכָּתֵב סֵ֣פֶר זִכָּרֹ֤ון לְפָנָיו֙ לְיִרְאֵ֣י יְהוָ֔ה וּלְחֹשְׁבֵ֖י שְׁמֹֽו׃

Then those fearing YHWH spoke each with his companion, and YHWH paid attention and heard, and a book of remembrance was written before Him for those fearing YHWH and for those esteeming His Name.
