Psalm 21:8 (Psalm 21:7)

כִּֽי־֭הַמֶּלֶךְ בֹּטֵ֣חַ בַּיהוָ֑ה וּבְחֶ֥סֶד עֶ֝לְיֹ֗ון בַּל־יִמֹּֽוט׃

For the king trusts in YHWH, and by the covenant loyalty of the Most High he shall not be shaken.
