Psalm 36:13 (Psalm 36:12)

שָׁ֣ם נָ֭פְלוּ פֹּ֣עֲלֵי אָ֑וֶן דֹּ֝ח֗וּ וְלֹא־יָ֥כְלוּ קֽוּם׃

There have fallen the workers of trouble; they are thrust down and are not able to rise.
