Deuteronomy 10:20

אֶת־יְהוָ֧ה אֱלֹהֶ֛יךָ תִּירָ֖א אֹתֹ֣ו תַעֲבֹ֑ד וּבֹ֣ו תִדְבָּ֔ק וּבִשְׁמֹ֖ו תִּשָּׁבֵֽעַ׃

You shall fear YHWH your God, serve Him, cling to Him, and swear by His name.
