Deuteronomy 28:28

יַכְּכָ֣ה יְהוָ֔ה בְּשִׁגָּעֹ֖ון וּבְעִוָּרֹ֑ון וּבְתִמְהֹ֖ון לֵבָֽב׃

YHWH will strike you with madness, and with blindness, and with confusion of heart.
