Exodus 16:18

וַיָּמֹ֣דּוּ בָעֹ֔מֶר וְלֹ֤א הֶעְדִּיף֙ הַמַּרְבֶּ֔ה וְהַמַּמְעִ֖יט לֹ֣א הֶחְסִ֑יר אִ֥ישׁ לְפִֽי־אָכְלֹ֖ו לָקָֽטוּ׃

And they measured it with an omer, and he who gathered much had nothing over, and he who gathered little had no lack; every man gathered according to his eating.
