Exodus 22:27 (Exodus 22:28)

אֱלֹהִ֖ים לֹ֣א תְקַלֵּ֑ל וְנָשִׂ֥יא בְעַמְּךָ֖ לֹ֥א תָאֹֽר׃

You shall not curse God, and a ruler of your people you shall not revile.
