Exodus 23:31

וְשַׁתִּ֣י אֶת־גְּבֻלְךָ֗ מִיַּם־סוּף֙ וְעַד־יָ֣ם פְּלִשְׁתִּ֔ים וּמִמִּדְבָּ֖ר עַד־הַנָּהָ֑ר כִּ֣י אֶתֵּ֣ן בְּיֶדְכֶ֗ם אֵ֚ת יֹשְׁבֵ֣י הָאָ֔רֶץ וְגֵרַשְׁתָּ֖מֹו מִפָּנֶֽיךָ׃

And I will set your boundary from the Sea of Suf to the Sea of the Pelishtim, and from the wilderness to the River, for I will give the inhabitants of the land into your hand, and you will drive them out before you.
