Exodus 28:7

שְׁתֵּ֧י כְתֵפֹ֣ת חֹֽבְרֹ֗ת יִֽהְיֶה־לֹּ֛ו אֶל־שְׁנֵ֥י קְצֹותָ֖יו וְחֻבָּֽר׃

Two shoulder pieces shall there be for it, joined at its two ends, and it shall be joined together.
