Ezekiel 9:5

וּלְאֵ֨לֶּה֙ אָמַ֣ר בְּאָזְנַ֔י עִבְר֥וּ בָעִ֛יר אַחֲרָ֖יו וְהַכּ֑וּ עַל־תָּחֹ֥ס עיניכם וְאַל־תַּחְמֹֽלוּ׃

And to these he said in my ears, “Pass through the city after him and strike; let not your eye spare, and do not show compassion.
