Isaiah 30:9

כִּ֣י עַ֤ם מְרִי֙ ה֔וּא בָּנִ֖ים כֶּחָשִׁ֑ים בָּנִ֕ים לֹֽא־אָב֥וּ שְׁמֹ֖ועַ תֹּורַ֥ת יְהוָֽה׃

For it is a rebellious people, lying children, children who are not willing to hear the instruction of YHWH.
