Jeremiah 27:2

כֹּֽה־אָמַ֤ר יְהוָה֙ אֵלַ֔י עֲשֵׂ֣ה לְךָ֔ מֹוסֵרֹ֖ות וּמֹטֹ֑ות וּנְתַתָּ֖ם עַל־צַוָּארֶֽךָ׃

“Thus said YHWH to me, ‘Make for yourself bonds and yokes, and put them upon your neck.
