Jeremiah 39:7

וְאֶת־עֵינֵ֥י צִדְקִיָּ֖הוּ עִוֵּ֑ר וַיַּאַסְרֵ֨הוּ֙ בַּֽנְחֻשְׁתַּ֔יִם לָבִ֥יא אֹתֹ֖ו בָּבֶֽלָה׃

And the eyes of Tsidqiyyahu he blinded, and he bound him with bronze fetters to bring him to Bavel.
