Leviticus 13:44

אִישׁ־צָר֥וּעַ ה֖וּא טָמֵ֣א ה֑וּא טַמֵּ֧א יְטַמְּאֶ֛נּוּ הַכֹּהֵ֖ן בְּרֹאשֹׁ֥ו נִגְעֹֽו׃

The man is leprous; he is unclean. The priest shall surely pronounce him unclean; his plague is on his head.
