Leviticus 16:24

וְרָחַ֨ץ אֶת־בְּשָׂרֹ֤ו בַמַּ֨יִם֙ בְּמָקֹ֣ום קָדֹ֔ושׁ וְלָבַ֖שׁ אֶת־בְּגָדָ֑יו וְיָצָ֗א וְעָשָׂ֤ה אֶת־עֹֽלָתֹו֙ וְאֶת־עֹלַ֣ת הָעָ֔ם וְכִפֶּ֥ר בַּעֲדֹ֖ו וּבְעַ֥ד הָעָֽם׃

And he shall wash his flesh with water in a holy place and put on his garments, and he shall go out and offer his burnt offering and the burnt offering of the people, and make atonement for himself and for the people.
