Leviticus 17:6

וְזָרַ֨ק הַכֹּהֵ֤ן אֶת־הַדָּם֙ עַל־מִזְבַּ֣ח יְהוָ֔ה פֶּ֖תַח אֹ֣הֶל מֹועֵ֑ד וְהִקְטִ֣יר הַחֵ֔לֶב לְרֵ֥יחַ נִיחֹ֖חַ לַיהוָֽה׃

And the priest shall sprinkle the blood upon the altar of YHWH at the entrance of the Tent of Meeting, and burn the fat for a pleasing aroma to YHWH.
