Leviticus 19:24

וּבַשָּׁנָה֙ הָרְבִיעִ֔ת יִהְיֶ֖ה כָּל־פִּרְיֹ֑ו קֹ֥דֶשׁ הִלּוּלִ֖ים לַיהוָֽה׃

And in the fourth year, all its fruit shall be holy, a praise to YHWH.
