Leviticus 20:4

וְאִ֡ם הַעְלֵ֣ם יַעְלִימֽוּ֩ עַ֨ם הָאָ֜רֶץ אֶת־עֵֽינֵיהֶם֙ מִן־הָאִ֣ישׁ הַה֔וּא בְּתִתֹּ֥ו מִזַּרְעֹ֖ו לַמֹּ֑לֶךְ לְבִלְתִּ֖י הָמִ֥ית אֹתֹֽו׃

And if the people of the land hide their eyes from that man when he gives of his offspring to Molekh, so as not to put him to death,
