Leviticus 21:24

וַיְדַבֵּ֣ר מֹשֶׁ֔ה אֶֽל־אַהֲרֹ֖ן וְאֶל־בָּנָ֑יו וְאֶֽל־כָּל־בְּנֵ֖י יִשְׂרָאֵֽל׃ פ

And Moses spoke to Aaron, and to his sons, and to all the sons of Yisra’el.
