Leviticus 25:16

לְפִ֣י רֹ֣ב הַשָּׁנִ֗ים תַּרְבֶּה֙ מִקְנָתֹ֔ו וּלְפִי֙ מְעֹ֣ט הַשָּׁנִ֔ים תַּמְעִ֖יט מִקְנָתֹ֑ו כִּ֚י מִסְפַּ֣ר תְּבוּאֹ֔ת ה֥וּא מֹכֵ֖ר לָֽךְ׃

According to the greater number of years, you shall increase its price, and according to the fewer number of years, you shall reduce its price, for it is the number of harvests that he sells to you.
