Leviticus 25:31

וּבָתֵּ֣י הַחֲצֵרִ֗ים אֲשֶׁ֨ר אֵין־לָהֶ֤ם חֹמָה֙ סָבִ֔יב עַל־שְׂדֵ֥ה הָאָ֖רֶץ יֵחָשֵׁ֑ב גְּאֻלָּה֙ תִּהְיֶה־לֹּ֔ו וּבַיֹּבֵ֖ל יֵצֵֽא׃

But the houses of the villages that have no wall around them shall be considered as part of the field of the land; they shall be redeemable, and in the Jubilee, they shall be released.
