Leviticus 25:43

לֹא־תִרְדֶּ֥ה בֹ֖ו בְּפָ֑רֶךְ וְיָרֵ֖אתָ מֵאֱלֹהֶֽיךָ׃

You shall not rule over him with harshness, but you shall fear your God.
