Numbers 22:14

וַיָּק֨וּמוּ֙ שָׂרֵ֣י מֹואָ֔ב וַיָּבֹ֖אוּ אֶל־בָּלָ֑ק וַיֹּ֣אמְר֔וּ מֵאֵ֥ן בִּלְעָ֖ם הֲלֹ֥ךְ עִמָּֽנוּ׃

And the princes of Mo’av rose and came to Balaq and said, “Bilʿam has refused to go with us.”
