Numbers 29:34

וּשְׂעִ֥יר חַטָּ֖את אֶחָ֑ד מִלְּבַד֙ עֹלַ֣ת הַתָּמִ֔יד מִנְחָתָ֖הּ וְנִסְכָּֽהּ׃ פ

And one male goat as a sin offering, in addition to the regular burnt offering, its grain offering, and its drink offering.
