Numbers 5:7

וְהִתְוַדּ֗וּ אֶֽת־חַטָּאתָם֮ אֲשֶׁ֣ר עָשׂוּ֒ וְהֵשִׁ֤יב אֶת־אֲשָׁמֹו֙ בְּרֹאשֹׁ֔ו וַחֲמִישִׁתֹ֖ו יֹסֵ֣ף עָלָ֑יו וְנָתַ֕ן לַאֲשֶׁ֖ר אָשַׁ֥ם לֹֽו׃

And they shall confess their sin that they have committed, and he shall restore his guilt in full, adding its fifth part to it, and give it to the one against whom he has sinned.
