1 Kings 8:39

וְ֠אַתָּה תִּשְׁמַ֨ע הַשָּׁמַ֜יִם מְכֹ֤ון שִׁבְתֶּ֨ךָ֙ וְסָלַחְתָּ֣ וְעָשִׂ֔יתָ וְנָתַתָּ֤ לָאִישׁ֙ כְּכָל־דְּרָכָ֔יו אֲשֶׁ֥ר תֵּדַ֖ע אֶת־לְבָבֹ֑ו כִּֽי־אַתָּ֤ה יָדַ֨עְתָּ֙ לְבַדְּךָ֔ אֶת־לְבַ֖ב כָּל־בְּנֵ֥י הָאָדָֽם׃

then You shall hear in the heavens, the established place of Your dwelling, and forgive and act, and give to each man according to all his ways, whose heart You know—for You alone know the heart of all the children of man—
