1 Samuel 8:10

וַיֹּ֣אמֶר שְׁמוּאֵ֔ל אֵ֖ת כָּל־דִּבְרֵ֣י יְהוָ֑ה אֶל־הָעָ֕ם הַשֹּׁאֲלִ֥ים מֵאִתֹּ֖ו מֶֽלֶךְ׃ ס

And Shemuʾel spoke all the words of YHWH to the people who were asking from him a king.
