2 Samuel 5:3

וַ֠יָּבֹאוּ כָּל־זִקְנֵ֨י יִשְׂרָאֵ֤ל אֶל־הַמֶּ֨לֶךְ֙ חֶבְרֹ֔ונָה וַיִּכְרֹ֣ת לָהֶם֩ הַמֶּ֨לֶךְ דָּוִ֥ד בְּרִ֛ית בְּחֶבְרֹ֖ון לִפְנֵ֣י יְהוָ֑ה וַיִּמְשְׁח֧וּ אֶת־דָּוִ֛ד לְמֶ֖לֶךְ עַל־יִשְׂרָאֵֽל׃ פ

And all the elders of Yisraʾel came to the king at Ḥevron, and King Dawid cut a covenant with them in Ḥevron before YHWH. And they anointed Dawid as king over Yisraʾel.
