2 Samuel 5:9

וַיֵּ֤שֶׁב דָּוִד֙ בַּמְּצֻדָ֔ה וַיִּקְרָא־לָ֖הּ עִ֣יר דָּוִ֑ד וַיִּ֤בֶן דָּוִד֙ סָבִ֔יב מִן־הַמִּלֹּ֖וא וָבָֽיְתָה׃

And Dawid lived in the stronghold, and he called it the City of Dawid. And Dawid built all around from the Millo and inward.
