Leviticus 25:14

וְכִֽי־תִמְכְּר֤וּ מִמְכָּר֙ לַעֲמִיתֶ֔ךָ אֹ֥ו קָנֹ֖ה מִיַּ֣ד עֲמִיתֶ֑ךָ אַל־תֹּונ֖וּ אִ֥ישׁ אֶת־אָחִֽיו׃

If you sell property to your neighbor or buy from your neighbor, you shall not oppress one another.
