Deuteronomy 23:2 (Deuteronomy 23:1)

לֹֽא־יָבֹ֧א פְצֽוּעַ־דַּכָּ֛א וּכְר֥וּת שָׁפְכָ֖ה בִּקְהַ֥ל יְהוָֽה׃ ס

No one who is wounded by crushing or whose male organ is cut off shall enter the assembly of YHWH.
