Deuteronomy 23:22 (Deuteronomy 23:21)

כִּֽי־תִדֹּ֥ר נֶ֨דֶר֙ לַיהוָ֣ה אֱלֹהֶ֔יךָ לֹ֥א תְאַחֵ֖ר לְשַׁלְּמֹ֑ו כִּֽי־דָּרֹ֨שׁ יִדְרְשֶׁ֜נּוּ יְהוָ֤ה אֱלֹהֶ֨יךָ֙ מֵֽעִמָּ֔ךְ וְהָיָ֥ה בְךָ֖ חֵֽטְא׃

When you vow a vow to YHWH your God, you shall not delay in fulfilling it, for YHWH your God will surely require it from you, and it will be sin in you.
