מֶ֣לֶךְ שִׁמְרֹ֤ון מְראֹון֙ אֶחָ֔ד מֶ֥לֶךְ אַכְשָׁ֖ף אֶחָֽד׃

The king of Shimron-Meron, one; the king of Akshaf, one.
