1 Samuel 2:4

קֶ֥שֶׁת גִּבֹּרִ֖ים חַתִּ֑ים וְנִכְשָׁלִ֖ים אָ֥זְרוּ חָֽיִל׃

The bow of the mighty is broken, and those who stumbled are girded with strength.
