1 Samuel 11:2

וַיֹּ֣אמֶר אֲלֵיהֶ֗ם נָחָשׁ֙ הָעַמֹּונִ֔י בְּזֹאת֙ אֶכְרֹ֣ת לָכֶ֔ם בִּנְקֹ֥ור לָכֶ֖ם כָּל־עֵ֣ין יָמִ֑ין וְשַׂמְתִּ֥יהָ חֶרְפָּ֖ה עַל־כָּל־יִשְׂרָאֵֽל׃

And Naḥash the ʿAmmonite said to them, “In this manner I will make a covenant with you: by gouging out every right eye of yours and making it a disgrace upon all Yisraʾel.”
