1 Samuel 11:1

וַיַּ֗עַל נָחָשׁ֙ הָֽעַמֹּונִ֔י וַיִּ֖חַן עַל־יָבֵ֣שׁ גִּלְעָ֑ד וַיֹּ֨אמְר֜וּ כָּל־אַנְשֵׁ֤י יָבֵישׁ֙ אֶל־נָחָ֔שׁ כְּרָת־לָ֥נוּ בְרִ֖ית וְנַעַבְדֶֽךָּ׃

And Naḥash the ʿAmmonite went up and encamped against Yavesh Gileʿad. And all the men of Yavesh said to Naḥash, “Make a covenant with us, and we will serve you.”
