Isaiah 1:27

צִיֹּ֖ון בְּמִשְׁפָּ֣ט תִּפָּדֶ֑ה וְשָׁבֶ֖יהָ בִּצְדָקָֽה׃

Tsiyyon shall be redeemed with justice, and her returnees with righteousness.
