Isaiah 9:8 (Isaiah 9:9)

וְיָדְעוּ֙ הָעָ֣ם כֻּלֹּ֔ו אֶפְרַ֖יִם וְיֹושֵׁ֣ב שֹׁמְרֹ֑ון בְּגַאֲוָ֛ה וּבְגֹ֥דֶל לֵבָ֖ב לֵאמֹֽר׃

And the people shall know, all of them, Efrayim and the inhabitant of Shomeron, in pride and in greatness of heart, saying:
