Isaiah 18:7

בָּעֵת֩ הַהִ֨יא יֽוּבַל־שַׁ֜י לַיהוָ֣ה צְבָאֹ֗ות עַ֚ם מְמֻשָּׁ֣ךְ וּמֹורָ֔ט וּמֵעַ֥ם נֹורָ֖א מִן־ה֣וּא וָהָ֑לְאָה גֹּ֣וי קַו־קָ֣ו וּמְבוּסָ֗ה אֲשֶׁ֨ר בָּזְא֤וּ נְהָרִים֙ אַרְצֹ֔ו אֶל־מְקֹ֛ום שֵׁם־יְהוָ֥ה צְבָאֹ֖ות הַר־צִיֹּֽון׃ ס

At that time, a gift shall be brought to YHWH of Hosts from people tall and smooth-skinned, and from a people feared from then and onward, a nation measuring by line and trampled, whose land rivers have despised—to the place of the name of YHWH of Hosts, Mount Tsiyyon.
