Isaiah 23:14

הֵילִ֖ילוּ אֳנִיֹּ֣ות תַּרְשִׁ֑ישׁ כִּ֥י שֻׁדַּ֖ד מָעֻזְּכֶֽן׃ ס

Wail, ships of Tarshish, for your fortress is laid waste.
