Isaiah 30:5

כֹּ֣ל הַבָּאֵ֗שׁ עַל־עַ֖ם לֹא־יֹועִ֣ילוּ לָ֑מֹו לֹ֤א לְעֵ֨זֶר֙ וְלֹ֣א לְהֹועִ֔יל כִּ֥י לְבֹ֖שֶׁת וְגַם־לְחֶרְפָּֽה׃ ס

All shall become loathsome over a people who will not profit them, neither for help nor for benefit, but for shame and also for reproach.
